Susana and Daniel were planning a big wedding abroad in July 2020. The pandemic prevented them from planning their big day, so they were forced to revise their plans.
They will officially say yes this summer, but to mark their new life, they wanted to celebrate this promise of a life together with an elopement on the shores of Lake Gruyere.

It was on a beautiful spring day, in an idyllic setting in the heart of the Gruyère region that they took a break from the daily grind to spend some time together. They exchanged their vows with the sound of water as their only music. To prolong this moment together, their wedding planner had organized a picnic in a bohemian setting. They took advantage of the calm of this incredible nature to toast to their love.
About the day
The couple started their big day with a beauty treatment in Fribourg. When they were beautified by the talented Noémie and Laura from Salon Pretexte, they took to the road to discover a place they did not know at all. This unique location was chosen and decorated by their wedding planner Cavigelli Wedding. They took the time to walk along the lake. Their photographer Marie Montibert followed them to immortalize this unique moment. When the sun started to disappear behind the beautiful Fribourg mountains, Susana and Daniel took the road to Lausanne where they joined their son and their close family to end this incredible day.
