Célébration des Fromages mit Maître Antony und Stefano Petta
Aperçu
Introduction
Maître Fromager Bernard Antony presents a 6-course raw milk cheese tasting menu at the Storchen Zurich, accompanied by Stefano Petta with selected wines and champagne.
Well matured - the traditional event at Restaurant La Rôtisserie.
For the 30th time, we welcome Maître Fromager Affineur Bernard Antony with his unique cheese ceremony at the Storchen Zurich. You can look forward to his most exquisite raw milk cheeses, which have been refined to perfection with the utmost care in the maturing cellars in Alsace. On this special evening, you will enjoy a six-course cheese tasting menu: raw milk cheeses served cold, accompanied by Maître Antony's homemade bread and butter and tender potatoes. Our Director of Wine, Stefano Petta, will ensure the perfect harmony by presenting selected wines and champagnes with each course.
