About the course:
Calm, mindful movements and conscious breathing help you to leave the day behind you. This gentle class promotes relaxation, flexibility and regeneration - ideal for beginners too.
About the yoga teacher:
I am Pascal - a qualified yoga teacher with heart, calmness and a good dose of curiosity about life. For me, yoga is not a performance path, but an invitation to arrive more at oneself.
I am fascinated by breath, mindfulness and what moves us at our core. In my classes, I share this enthusiasm with a lot of sensitivity, clarity and a pinch of humor - genuine, calm and human.
