Introduzione
Treat yourself to a peaceful break in the forest, combining meditation, sharing and reconnecting with yourself.
Come and experience a moment of calm and togetherness amongst the trees, near the river. In this natural setting, which is perfect for finding peace, we’ll take some time to settle into silence, to reconnect with ourselves, the forest and the presence of others.
No prior experience of meditation is necessary: this space is open to everyone, in a spirit of simplicity and kindness. Everyone can proceed at their own pace and make the most of this moment of mindfulness.
A discussion session will follow the meditation, giving you the chance to share your feelings and, for those who wish to do so, to express a thought, an emotion or an experience. A welcoming moment where everyone can be completely themselves, exactly as they are.
### Information
* In the event of rain, the event will be moved to the Fahy refuge
* Please bring a meditation cushion or cushions so you can sit comfortably on the ground (or a portable chair if sitting on the ground is not possible)
* Bring a drink and a snack
* Wear clothing suitable for the weather
* Bring a swimsuit and a towel for those wishing to swim in the river
