First-class holidays at the foot of the north face of the Eiger: the chalet-style Hotel Kirchbühl, which includes some holiday apartments, has been run by the Brawand family for four generations. Personal care and attention is therefore part of the special charm of this comfortable first-class hotel, which is also famous for its food: while you can find sophisticated delicacies in the gourmet restaurant "La Marmite", more local specialities are served in the "Hilty-Stübli" and the "Eiger-Stube". The hosts of this fourth-generation family hotel are both trained ski instructors and know the winter landscape around Grindelwald very well. In good snow conditions you can visit the Firstbahn with the ski bus, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Ski boot dryer, Bodmi Arena ski school in the immediate vicinity. Panoramic view of the magnificent mountains of the UNESCO World Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch site, including the Eiger. Cosy rooms, suites and chalet apartments. Small but well-equipped wellness facility. Excellent, diverse gastronomy, sun terrace (opens mid-February).

The Hotel Kirchbühl’s unique, quiet location above the church with a mystical view of the mountains and glaciers of the UNESCO World Heritage Jungfrau-Aletsch site will give you a holiday high. A fourth-generation family business – where you are still personally looked after in every way possible. The surrounding chalet apartments offer a modern resort structure. We are happy to cater for seminars with up to 30 participants. The various comfortable, wood-panelled meeting rooms can be combined in a variety of configurations and enjoy a beautiful view of the Eiger. We offer the following equipment to help make your seminar a success: projector with large screen, flip chart, pin board, Internet connection (WLAN), moderator case. We will happily organise any other technical equipment, supporting programmes or excursions that you may need. Our sister establishment, which lies 1,600 metres above sea level, can also be used for certain segments of your programme.
