거대한 메타-맥시-맥시-유토피아(Méta-Maxi-Maxi-Utopia)
길이 17m, 높이 8m의 유토피아는 장 팅겔리(Jean Tinguely)의 기계 조각품 중 가장 큰 규모로, 유일하게 사람이 올라가서 걸을 수 있는 크기다. 이 작품은 스위스 기업 폰 롤(Von Roll AG)사의 폐기된 금속 틀과 서로 다른 모양의 수많은 나무 바퀴를 사용해 만들어졌다. 회전목마, 정원 요정, 레이싱카의 흙받기 같은 수많은 부품으로 구성되어 있으며, 모터로 작동하고 전송 벨트로 힘을 전달하여 움직인다. 화려한 이 작품은 혼란스러우면서 각각의 요소들이 전체적으로 조화를 이루고 있으며, 이를 통해 다각적인 감각을 경험할 수 있다. 팅겔리는 유토피아에서 특히 어린이들을 기쁘게 하는 디자인으로 환상적인 세계를 구축했다.
