Exhibition featuring new works by Winterthur-based artist Valentin Magaro.

The type case, once an indispensable tool of book printing, organized letters, symbols, and spacing into clearly structured compartments. Later, it found its place in living spaces as a display case for found objects, souvenirs, and personal mementos. In this way, it became a reflection of individual stories and collections.

For the Winterthur-based painter Valentin Magaro, the type case is far more than an object: it becomes a metaphor for thought.
