Watch the alpine team during traditional cheese production over the wood fire and learn many exciting facts about life on the mountain pasture. Various types of pure goat cheese are made with love and dedication under traditional conditions. The alpine team is happy to answer your questions in German, French, Italian, or English. During the cheese watching, you can of course taste and buy cheese and other dairy products.

Location: Alpe Hannig, lower hut, Saas-Fee

Registration: by 7:00 p.m. the evening before

We are pleased to receive every goat sponsorship to support the alpine operation Alpe Hannig:

You can choose your own "sponsored goat" and visit it on the mountain pasture at your leisure and watch the alpine team at work (milking, herding, driving, etc.). By doing so, you support Alpe Hannig in its continued existence and make a great contribution to sustainable and environmentally friendly mountain pasture management. As a gift, you will receive a piece of cheese from the alp as well as a certificate. Taking on a sponsorship is possible at any time, i.e., throughout the entire alpine season.
