About the event

Single and double rooms are available. The price includes five days/four nights with breakfast and the entire yoga and hiking program, resort taxes.

- 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Welcome & first yoga practice

- Dinner afterwards (casual get-together to get to know each other)

Thursday, May 14

- 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Dynamic yoga practice

- 9:30 a.m. Breakfast buffet

- Guided hike (approx. 11:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

- 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Yin yoga practice

- Dinner (individually or together)

Friday, May 15

- 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. Dynamic yoga practice

- 9:30 a.m. Breakfast buffet

- Free time: Relax, spa, massage, biking, hiking, reading, sleeping...

- 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Breathwork session

- 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Yin yoga practice

In nice weather and suitable temperatures, we also enjoy the dynamic yoga classes on the terrace of the spa.

Prices:

Total weekend single room: 1600.- CHF

Total weekend double room: 1400.- CHF

Included: Overnight stays, yoga classes, and breakfast.
