Course content
This five-day compact course with psychologist Regula Saner introduces the key elements of the internationally recognised 8-week MSC Mindful Self-Compassion programme by Dr Kristin Neff and Dr Chris Germer.

- Cultivating mindfulness and a sense of connection in everyday life

The course is based on current psychological and neuroscientific research and shows how self-compassion can become a stable resource for well-being, inner strength and health. It is recognised as a foundation for therapeutic work and as a prerequisite for MSC teacher training as well as for the course «Self-compassion and Shame».
