MUMMENSCHANZ - Adieu!
Overview
Intro
After 55 years of theater history, the Swiss mask theater company MUMMENSCHANZ bids farewell to its audience with the farewell tour "Adieu!".
Since 1972, the company has been inspiring people on all continents with its unique performance without words, music or stage design - poetic, timeless and universally understandable.
The program "Adieu!", compiled by Floriana Frassetto, combines highlights from over five decades of MUMMENSCHANZ: iconic characters, bizarre objects and some new surprising images merge into an imaginative journey full of poetry, quiet comedy and magic. A touching theater experience for all generations - and the last opportunity in Switzerland to experience a piece of living theater history live.
The tour starts on December 3, 2026 in Zurich and runs until the end of 2027 through 25 theaters throughout Switzerland.
