Schamanischer Wandertag "Die innere Ernte"

The Harvest of My Year – Self-Love, Appreciation, and Gratitude

Do you make enough room in your life for self-love? Can you acknowledge all that you carry, set in motion, create, nurture, and touch with your love? And do you also see the gifts that life and the people around you bring into your existence every day?

October invites us to pause and reflect. Nature reveals itself in all its abundance: fields and gardens bear their fruits, the forests glow in warm colors, and before the landscape slowly retreats into the silence of winter, we harvest, gather, and give thanks.

On a guided hike to special places of power in the Aarau Jura, we connect with this quality of abundance. Through meditation, experiences in nature, and shamanic rituals, we turn our attention to the fruits of our own year. What was allowed to grow? What experiences, encounters, and insights have shaped us? What can we be grateful for?

A powerful shamanic harvest ritual forms the highlight of the day and invites you to consciously honor your own annual harvest and immerse yourself in deep gratitude.

A day to slow down, open your heart, and become more consciously aware of the abundance of life—in nature and within yourself. 🍂✨
