Overview
Intro
The Swiss Hiking Summit, which takes place every two years in Gstaad, is a meeting place for people who are directly or indirectly involved in hiking.
On 01 and 02 September 2026, Gstaad will once again become a meeting place for people who are professionally involved in hiking. The event serves as a platform where trends, needs, best practices and future tourism concepts are discussed and innovation is initiated. It enables participants to experience the different facets of the most frequently practised sporting activity in this country in a varied way: During exciting presentations in plenary sessions, hikes and walks, socialising around the campfire, lively debates and personal discussions. Participants go home with a rucksack full of concrete ideas and innovative solutions.
