On Thursday evenings, our kitchen team conjures up a variety of delicious self-service evening dishes for you. The Thursday evening offer is adjusted regularly. Enjoy seasonal delicacies from Switzerland and the Alpine region and let the magic of the Alps be conjured up on your plate. Choose your dinner directly on site from our self-service menu.
On Thursday evenings, we also offer the classic self-service menu: From the legendary Stanserhorn alpine macaronis served in the Edelweiss pot, to schnitzel with French fries and the fine aperitif platter.
