Starting in Le Paccots, the tour heads up to the Le Vuipay Alpine restaurant. This snow-shoe hike takes around 90 minutes. The views from the restaurant extend over the region and the Dents de Lys. Francois Liaudat puts his heart and soul into running this pretty restaurant. He makes cheese over the summer, allowing it plenty of time to mature. In winter, he serves guests raclette he has made himself. He is a passionate host and his dishes always make a visit worthwhile. After a delicious and certainly fun experience with Francois, it costs just CHF 5 to rent a bob back down to Les Paccots.
