If bookings are cancelled beyond the cancellation deadline or in case of no show, 100 pct of the first night will be charged.

If bookings are cancelled beyond the cancellation deadline or in case of no show, 100 pct of the entire stay will be charged.
Please note that the name on the credit card used for payment has to be the same as the guest name and the credit card has to be presented on site. Please contact the property directly if you would like to pay in advance with a different credit card.
Bookings for the same day can only be accepted until 22:00.
For bookings with more than 5 rooms with the same arrival date, separate conditions may apply

Grindelwald is very easy to reach either by public transports or by car.
Once you have arrived in Grindelwald, you will find that the Hotel Derby is situated very centrally in the village next to the little railway station.
Please note that our parking possibilities are limited, vary by size of the vehicle and therefore cannot be reserved in advance. In order to be able to offer a parking space at no charges for our guests, we kindly ask to deposit the car keys at the reception desk on arrival. Our porters will be pleased to take care of placing all vehicles.
Luggage pick up and drop off service. Our porter will collect and bring your luggage from and to the station in Grindelwald for you.
