Inleiding

Op een rustig uitzichtpunt op een hoogvlakte gelegen hotel, door een familie gerund, bestaande uit twee gebouwen in chaletstijl met ruime kamers, alle met zithoekje, bad, balkon en bergzicht. Nabij wandelgebieden en skipistes. Sauna en solarium voor ontspanning in het hotel, kinderspeelkamer. Groot zonneterras, restaurant met bijzondere regionale specialiteiten.

Beschrijving

Our hotel is already in the 3rd generation, it is run by our family. We pamper our guests with a lot of joy and warmth. Enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains and the Glarus Alps from here. The hiking area begins right on the doorstep with over 100 km of marked, well-kept trails. Even larger hikes to Toggenburg and further can be done from here. The small but fine ski area in winter delights families and sun-seekers in particular. The ski slopes are also directly accessible from the ski room. We make HOMEMADE very important. We pay attention to seasonal and regional products to spoil our guests with culinary delights. Enjoy 4-5 homemade breads for breakfast and in the afternoon our specialty is the plum cake with nut shortcrust pastry.

In chaletstijl gebouwd hotel op 1300 meter hoogte aan het gevarieerde 100 kilometer lange net van wandelpaden. Uitgebaat door de derde generatie van de eigenaren. Voortreffelijke keuken, genomineerd voor de “Swiss Gastro Award”. Alles op basis van huisgemaakte, speciale kruidenmenu's met lavassoep of rugbiefstuk. Internationale wijnkaart, aangevuld met lokaal gebottelde wijnen. Dessert-hit: pruimentaart met zanddeeg, waarvoor de keuken jaarlijks een ton verse pruimen verwerkt.

The hotel Arvenbuel is 4 km above the center Amden, at the end of the road. In only 45 minutes from Zurich or Chur Amden can be reached easily by car via the A3 motorway. From the exit Weesen Amden there are exactly 10 km to the Arvenbuel. We have plenty of parking in front of the house and for the hotel guests there is a garage. By public transportation, we are very accessible. All express trains from Zurich to Chur keep in brick bridge, from where the car operating Amden takes you right to our doorstep.
