Midden in het idyllische Lantsch/Lenz ligt het Hotel La Tgoma, dat uit twee verschillende gebouwen bestaat. Sinds mei 2020 wordt Hotel La Tgoma met veel passie door een nieuwe gastheer en gastvrouw gerund. Het tweede gebouw (het vroegere Hotel Cualmet) werd in mei 2021 toegevoegd. Sindsdien beschikt het traditionele Hotel La Tgoma over 19 individueel ingerichte kamers, twee restaurants, een wellnessoase en een kleine fitnessruimte.
