Inleiding

Het boetiek-hotel Schlüssel heeft een speciaal tintje: met 12 romantische kamers, zinnelijke kleuren en charmante details, zoals vrijstaande badkuipen. Het restaurant nodigt uit tot grondig genot, tot bruisende feesten en creatieve seminars. In totaal is er plaats voor ongeveer 100 gasten (10 in het Jägerstübli, 20 in het café-restaurant en 50 in de feestzaal). Maar ook de tuin, de kelder van hotel Schlüssel en de kruidenafdeling zijn aan te bevelen. En voor de gastvrijheid werd zelfs al een onderscheiding toegekend. Trappenhuis en voorgevel zijn 2013 terughoudend gerenoveerd.

Visit the 1st Boutique-hotel in the heart of Switzerland and experience the tranquil country side of the Lake Lucerne Region. The house offers 12 boutique-rooms & suites, each a symbiosis of moderne, exclusive comfort with special pieces of long gone times. All boutique-rooms are spacious and individually decorated and furnished with free standing bathtubs, nostalgic water taps and basins of the Belle Epoche. The romantic country hotel invites you to enjoy, relax, work and stay. The restaurant philosophy is simple and straight forward: «fresh, uncomplicated and good». Enjoy seasonal products like cheese from the neighbouring alps, locally produced spirits and meat from local farmers. The menus offered depend on the season, our guests’ desire as well as the chef’s good mood. The hostess personally recommends the evening's menu to the guests at the table.
Beckenried is situated in the centre of Switzerland and on the border of Lake Lucerne (Vierwaldstättersee), 10 km (20 minutes by car) from the city of Lucerne and 90 km (60 minutes by car) from Zurich international airport. 13 top ski areas are nearby. From Lucerne: Highway A2/ E35, direction Gotthard, take exit 34 Beckenried Nord. On the main road turn right, direction Beckenried. 70 m after the Seehotel Sternen, take a sharp right turn, direction "Oberdorf". After the left bend at the chapel continue for another 300 m and see the red house to you right.

Thanks to the cosy atmosphere throughout the house, some decisions are easier. We take care of small and individually designed meetings and seminars in the typical key way with a lot of attention and freshly prepared delicacies. Ideal for seminars with 6 to 24 guests. For multi-day events, 12 spacious and bright boutique rooms are available. By the way, you can also rent the boutique hotel Schlüssel exclusively.
