In gynaecology, women are supported and treated for all aspects of their health at any age, and during the obstetric period.
The remit covers regular screening, menstrual disorders, endometriosis, diseases of the bladder, pelvic floor prolapse, menopausal symptoms, gynaecological cancers (e.g. breast cancer, cervical cancer), sterilisations and all matters relating to fertility, pregnancy and childbirth.
