Based on the hotel’s philosophy of “Go the extra mile”, every wish is fulfilled at Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof. For example, aperitifs are served in the hotel garden, in our Fuhrenmatte or on the ballroom terrace, where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Eiger North Face and mountains of the Bernese Oberland. The elegant “Wetterhorn” ballroom, which is used for weddings, accommodates 190 people.

Grindelwald is at the foot of the north face of the Eiger in the UNESCO World Heritage Site and is surrounded by the Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau. From here you can go up to the highest railway station in Europe on the Jungfraujoch (3571 m).
