The statue is a tribute to Hugo Pratt – and the fact that Caveau Corto rhymes with Lavaux and UNESCO is a neat coincidence, too! Hidden away in a peaceful green oasis, it boasts a southwest-facing terrace and a large bay window with magnificent views over Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyard terraces, which were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2007. Once inside,you can enjoy some of the excellent Lavaux wines, passionately produced by Le Caveau Corto’s 12 winemakers. You can reserve Le Caveau Corto for parties and events from Monday to Thursday.
