Before autumn, the bread oven is fired up one last time for the Federal Fast Baking.
A team of amateurs and volunteers lovingly knead and shape beautiful loaves of bread with the smell of sourdough. The old-fashioned wood-fired oven is in operation for the Federal Fast Batch. The last opportunity for this season to enjoy a golden, crusty loaf.
