In Pierre Huyghe’s exhibition, breath is not merely a biological process, but a structuring principle: it permeates the space and connects the body, technology and the environment.
The breathwork session takes up this theme and draws attention to one’s own breathing – its movement, its sound and the subtle shifts in bodily sensation, time and perception. This opens up a direct, sensory engagement with the exhibition that goes beyond mere observation.
Following a brief introduction to the artistic context, Rafael Schwarzmann from the Breath Fast Club and Janine Nanette from Elementartanz will jointly lead a 60-minute breathwork session.
