Initiated by internationally acclaimed pianist Nelson Goerner in collaboration with the Société de Musique de La Chaux-de-Fonds, the festival aims to establish an international summer classical music event in the architecturally and acousticall outstanding Salle de musique in La Chaux-de-Fonds.
The programme will feature world-renowned artists including Martha Argerich, Nelson Goerner, Renaud Capuçon, Bomsori Kim, Festival Strings Lucerne conducted by
Daniel Dodds, Kazuki Yamada with the Seiji Ozawa International Academy Switzerland, as well as LeChoeur conducted by Nicolas Farine and other distinguished soloists.
The festival will present piano recitals, chamber music, orchestral and vocal concerts, and a special concert for children. The opening concert will bring together Martha Argerich and Nelson Goerner in a two-piano recital. The closing concert will feature.
