Fleisch bädele
概覽
簡介
Our all-you-can-eat meat fondue experience at 1,794 meters above sea level
A fun evening of dining starting at 6:00 p.m. at Berghaus Elsigenalp! With our “Fleisch bädele” experience, you’ll prepare your own beef, pork, and chicken—cut into bite-sized cubes—in a flavorful broth right at your table. This is served with salad, homemade sauces—ranging from fruity to spicy—butter rice, and French fries. Our vegetarian guests will also find something to their liking: the buffet features Frutigtaler tofu and seasonal vegetables.
A sweet surprise awaits you to round out the meal.
