On Friday, November 13, 2026, at 7:30 p.m., the Pierre Gianadda Foundation will host an evening of readings and piano music.

With Alexandre Pateau and Olivia Seigne reading, and Beatrice Berrut on piano.
To mark the 100th anniversary of Rainer Maria Rilke’s death, the Cellules poétiques, in collaboration with the Pierre Gianadda Foundation and the Rilke Foundation, present a musical evening dedicated to the correspondence exchanged between 1900 and 1907 by the poet and his friend, the painter Paula Modersohn-Becker.
This moving dialogue, woven with tender confidences, profound reflections on art and life, but also tensions and rifts, comes to an end with the tragic death of one of the pioneers of modern art and women’s emancipation.
Prices for the evening:
- Admission: CHF 30.-

- Friends of the Foundation or Friends of the Poetic Cells: CHF 15.-
- The gardens will be open to the public from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., as a prelude to the performance.
