Future Day

“Do you know where the technician is right now?”

“Has the graphic designer finished the poster yet?”

“Has the musician disappeared backstage again?”

These are all questions asked every day in the cultural sector…

Do you notice anything? No, no, we do use gender-neutral language, but:

It’s almost always just guys!

This needs to change urgently, which is why we’d like to use Future Day to give all interested girls, young women, and FINTA* individuals a closer look at everyday life in a cultural organization.

A program director will explain what she does all day in the office, a technician will show you what it takes to make the band look and sound even better on stage, and a graphic designer will work with everyone present to design a poster.

And the musician? Yes, she’ll be there too, but which star it is remains a secret for now!
