After 15 years of renovation work, the monument is ready to be rediscovered!
Volunteers from the Friends of Grandson Castle Association (AACG) have organised a new edition of the medieval festival, which has been bringing the castle to life for decades!
On the programme: on the Château square, a tasting of venison and other delicious medieval delicacies
Within the castle grounds: an introduction to archery and axe throwing in the gardens, medieval dances led by merry troubadours, various medieval demonstrations and workshops… and many more surprises!
* Public transport: Grandson is very well served by trains and buses. The SBB station is a 5-minute walk away.
* Parking spaces are extremely limited; it will be impossible to park near the monument and/or the town centre.
