We begin the week with a clear, opening, and strengthening yoga practice on the mat, focusing on the foundation of the poses and their calm execution. The class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You can join at any time. - Location: Community Hall, Via Cumünela 43, La Punt Chamues-ch - Equipment: Comfortable clothing - Materials: Your own mat or contact me, blanket (optional), blocks if you have them - Registration: Required by Sunday at 6:00 PM. The class will take place if there are at least 3 participants, and no further registration is necessary. See the website for details.
