Experience the wintry mountain world of Gemmi in the light of the full moon: The moonlight weekend combines two guided snowshoe tours with an overnight stay amidst the impressive alpine landscape. The hike leads through snowy landscapes to Gemmi Lodge 2350, where a cozy dinner awaits with a view of the Valais four-thousanders. The next day is dedicated to exploration in the idyllic Lämmerental. A special winter experience full of tranquility, nature and unforgettable mountain moments.
Requirements
Experience in snowshoe hiking and in deep snow is required. Good fitness for tours of 8–10 km with up to 750 meters of altitude per day is necessary.
Difficulty level: Up to WT3.
Meeting point
Meeting point: Talstation Sunnbüel, Kandersteg, at 2.54 p.m.
Duration: 2 days with 1 overnight stay.
Walking time: Approximately 4.5 hours per day, around 8–10 km.

CHF 290.– per person in a double room.
Including two guided snowshoe tours, one overnight stay at the Gemmi Lodge 2350, dinner, breakfast buffet, and descent with the Gemmibahn when returning via Leukerbad.
Single room: surcharge CHF 25.– on request.
Not included are personal travel costs, additional mountain railway rides, drinks, snacks, and any equipment rental.
