During our public tours, we’ll share interesting facts about the following topics:“Old Valais Weaving Workshop”: How and what was woven in Goms in the past?“Timeless Beauty”: Weaving pattern collection of Monika Carlen from Goms“Flax and Wool”: the region’s most important textile raw materials“Valais Blankets”: masterpieces of traditional weaving“From the Wardrobe”: How did people dress in Valais in the past?“Dye Garden”: Dyeing with Local PlantsTemporary exhibition: “Textile objects inspired by the colorful splendor of the Goms larch forest”
