Are you curious to discover miso, this fermented paste full of umami flavors?
Raphaël, a chef and market gardener passionate about fermentation, invites you to explore the art of miso. Self-taught and adventurous, he has learned over time to master this ancestral fermentation and now shares its secrets.
During this workshop, you will learn how to make your own homemade miso, mastering techniques and flavors to create a unique paste. A hands-on and enriching experience not to be missed!
The workshop lasts 3½ hours and includes theory and practice, ending with an aperitif: schedule: 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The workshop takes place with a minimum of 6 participants (maximum 8).
