For fourteen days, the mountain village of Binn transforms into a festival venue featuring readings, lectures, theater, cabaret, and a wide variety of musical styles. The 20th Binn Cultural Evenings also feature two events on the program each day, the first at 5:00 p.m. and the second at 8:30 p.m. Most events take place in the community hall, while some are held in the Wileren Church or at the Hotel Ofenhorn. After each evening performance, a special bus runs to Ernen and Fiesch (reservation required via email or text message by 6:00 p.m. at the latest), connecting with the 11:25 p.m. train to Brig (except on Christmas and New Year’s Day).
The Binn Cultural Evenings are organized by the Binn Kultur Association in collaboration with the Binntal Landscape Park.
