Overview
Intro
'Boost' for all is an activity that combines dance and cardio movements to upbeat music.
Are you looking for a physical activity that combines aerobic dance movements with upbeat music? Then this class is for you, whatever your physical condition, 'boost' is within reach of everyone and requires no prior knowledge of choreography or dance steps.
This course is organised as part of the Nendaz Sport adult program for people aged 15 and over. It takes place all year round except during school holidays and bank holidays).
