Visitors can delight in the "Waldbeiz" of Food Unplugged, sampling an eclectic menu full of creative and seasonal dishes by the portion. Participating also are establishments awarded by Gault Millau, such as Villa Hundert and Restaurant Spannort.
11.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.: Waldbeizli at the grill area by the Fürenalp cable car. The chefs from the establishments in Engelberg and the Engelberg valley prepare culinary delights exclusively for visitors – entirely without electricity and gas.
