Lachsalat & Cervelat oder Ćevapčići? So egau!
Overview
Intro
Laughtsalad Meets Culture Clash: Following the jokes from our youngest talents, the youth group Betweens presents “Cervelat or Ćevapčići?,” an entertaining play about clichés and prejudices ...
The evening begins with a laughtsalad as an appetizer—the highlight of our young stage.
Curtain up for our little comedians! Laughter and wonder. Our children perform their skits with great joy and creativity. Look forward to funny and surprising moments and lots of little performances. An entertaining experience for young and old alike, where laughter is guaranteed.
Next up is a hearty main course that packs a punch. Our Betweens youth group will serve up cervelat or ćevapčići.
Jasmin and Granit are on cloud nine. But their love brings two worlds into conflict. Shaped by prejudice, their parents do everything they can to show just how different Swiss people and Albanians supposedly are. More and more mental images and clichés are driving a wedge between the two family tables. This divide threatens to tear apart not only the lovers but the entire generations. Does love stand a chance against the power of preconceptions? A gripping, humorous play about what happens when we don’t talk with each other, but only about each other.
For dessert, you’re welcome to round out the evening at our bar.
Doors open and box office opens one hour before the performance!
