Intro
From 11 to 13 September 2026, Lugano hosts the first edition of the Lugano Tattoo Royale, an international event dedicated to the art of tattooing and the culture that surrounds it.
For three days, the Centro Esposizioni becomes the meeting point of selected tattoo artists from all over the world, showcasing different styles, techniques and artistic sensibilities – from realism to blackwork, from traditional Japanese to contemporary trends.
The Lugano Tattoo Royale is not only a convention for enthusiasts: it is an experience designed also for those approaching this world for the first time. Among the artists' booths, visitors will find performances, exhibitions, live music and an atmosphere that blends art, design and urban culture, in one of Ticino's most striking settings.
An event that places Lugano on the international map of tattoo art, highlighting the city as a crossroads between the creative cultures of northern and southern Europe.
