National celebration at Villa Argentina Park

The August 1st celebration will be held at the Villa Argentina Park in Mendrisio, with the following program:
The August 1st celebration will be held at the Villa Argentina Park in Mendrisio, with the following program:
- 5:30 pm Start of the celebrations and opening of the refreshment bar by the Risotto Urano Charity Society
- 6:00 pm Musical performance by the Mendrisio Civic Philharmonic
- Speech by Federal Councilor Karin Keller-Sutter
- 6:30 pm Refreshments
- 7:30 pm Barbecue and musical party organized by the Risotto Urano Charity Society
In case of bad weather or particularly high temperatures, the event will take place at the Auditorium of the Academy of Architecture of the University of Italian Switzerland, on the ground floor of Palazzo Canavée in Mendrisio (updates on www.mendrisio.ch).
