Paléo Festival
Overview
Intro
Every summer, the Paléo Festival in Nyon features all genres of music and the most famous international artists.
Over the past 50 years, the Paléo Festival in Nyon has become Switzerland’s largest festival, without sacrificing its friendly atmosphere or a touch of madness. One of Europe’s largest outdoor festivals, Paléo spans an 84-hectare site with 7 stages, more than 200 booths, and over fifty bars. Every spring, the release of the Paléo event schedule is a major event for the media and regulars alike. Ticket sales reach record levels: Within minutes, the coveted seats are completely sold out. World-renowned artists, as well as up-and-coming talents and street performers, along with traditional music from around the world, set the tone for the festival. The festival concludes on Sunday evening with a grand fireworks display that is always highly anticipated.
