Intro

The Swiss Week of taste for the good eating – from 17 to 27 September in Switzerland.

Producers, chefs and eaters from all over the country are looking forward to the 23rd edition of the Swiss Week of Taste, which over the years has become the biggest food event in Switzerland, with more than half a million participants!

In our increasingly fast-paced daily lives, food is becoming our fundamental reference point. Taking the time to cook in accordance with the seasons, and eating locally-grown products, means making a contribution to the health of humans, animals and our planet. The aim of the event is to promote food systems that are sustainable, inclusive, resilient, safe and diversified.

With Fribourg Swiss City of Taste and Pierrot Ayer, chef and Patron of the event, the 2023 Program is full of adventures and encounters. Take the time to discover them and join our movement to defend the food of tomorrow!
