Information
Description
The restaurant offers a carefully prepared menu with a wide choice of traditional dishes such as cheese fondue, meat fondue and a selection of pasta dishes, as well as other specialities such as fried prawns with Asian flavours, lamb mouse with honey and thyme or the "SuperBurger from the buffet".
The restaurant regularly organizes themed evenings, in particular the "Moules-frites" evenings whose reputation has spread far and wide. The 50-seat dining room is ideal for family meals, business lunches, company dinners, romantic tête-à-têtes or other occasions. The bistro-carnotzet (20 seats), with its cheerful, convivial decor, will appeal to fans of cheese dishes. The terrace, enlarged in 2013, offers a magnificent south-east view with a panorama stretching from the Diablerets massif to the Dents du Midi, via the Grand Muveran and the Dent de Morcles. Two bedrooms with double beds also offer the option of staying overnight.
