A cosy and very quiet vacation flat accessible by lift. In addition to a bed (200 x 160 cm) and a sofa bed (190 x 140 cm - suitable for an additional guest), the apartment features a large, fully-equipped kitchen, a private bathroom (6 m²), a terrace with views of vineyards and mountains, and a private sauna and whirlpool (available upon advance request; usage included for stays of 3 nights or more). Guests enjoy free access to the fitness room (during opening hours). Nearby attractions include hiking and cycling trails, ski resorts, and the city centre.
