Description

Until 1 May 1853, traders and merchants had to pay a surcharge on their goods at the Nydegg Bridge toll booth in order to access Bern’s Old Town via the Aare. This listed building with its unique view of the city, the Aare and an exclusive terrace in the middle of BärenPark is since summer 2018 a one suite hotel: a duplex suite with two bathrooms, lounge and kitchenette with stylish, high-quality and custom-made furnishings.
