Intro
Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful breathing technique that can have a profound effect on the mental, emotional, and physical levels.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is practiced while lying down to music.
By allowing your breath to flow continuously through all the spaces in your body, your body chemistry changes and you activate your self-healing powers.
This helps relieve tension, stress, and anxiety. Your breath supports you in letting go of old beliefs, breaking through emotional blocks, and experiencing mental clarity, calm, and a sense of connection with yourself and the world.
