Intro
Would you like to try curling and take part in one of the beginner courses for adults?
Courses for beginners
In the beginners' course, we teach you the basics of curling over four evenings. You will practise how to slide across the ice, wipe with the broom and play the stone into the house.
After the four evenings of the course, you will know the most important curling rules and have mastered the movements on the ice so that you can curl in your first friendly games.
