Intro
As well as its traditional fair, the Sainte-Catherine festival features a festive street market, which takes place (under a marquee) at the Plaine Bellevue from Friday to Monday evening.
The Sainte-Catherine festival brings Sierre to life from Friday to Monday evening.
Concerts, entertainment, food and drink stalls: everything you need for a fun-filled weekend.
The highlight of the festival, the Miss Catherinette 2026 pageant, will take place on Monday 23 November at 8.30 pm.
In keeping with tradition, the event celebrates the ‘Catherinettes’, who are marking their 25th anniversary.
Entries are open to candidates born in 2001 and can be submitted by email to misscatherinette@sainte-catherine.ch.
Admission is charged from 7.00 pm.
Bringing food and drink from outside is strictly prohibited during the event.
No animals, including dogs, are permitted on the festival site during opening hours.
Security and first-aid teams will be on hand to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.
Car parking and a cloakroom are available for visitors.
