Through improvisation to music and sound, a dance emerges that is free from demands, expectations, and form. We immerse ourselves in a creative process in which the nervous system regulates itself and feel-good chemicals are released.
Nothing is required; everything is allowed to transform through movement. No prior experience is necessary, and all ages are welcome.

SOUND BATH
Lying down, you surrender to the sounds with your body, mind, and soul. In this safe space, held by us through sound and vibration, you embark on a journey to yourself and far beyond.
This supports the self-regulation of all systems. Impulses for a new order arise down to the cellular level. Regenerative processes are stimulated, and the body’s natural self-healing powers are strengthened.
