Intro
The History of Video Games
The “Geek Game Consoles” exhibition, presented by Geek Cavern, takes visitors on an interactive journey through the history of video games. From classics like Donkey Kong to World of Warcraft and Candy Crush Saga, all the way to the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, the exhibition showcases key milestones in gaming history. Developments such as Xbox Live, digital distribution via Steam, new game concepts from Nintendo, and the streaming platform Twitch have also permanently changed the world of video games.
