A tribute to metamorphosis, to the simplicity of forms, and to the beauty that endures even as things fall apart.
The paper used for the works was made from the artist’s older pieces. Recycled, soaked, shredded, pressed, and then dried, her earlier creations are reborn as colorful narrative compositions.
Sarah Gremaud, also known as Vulpo Vulpo, is a graphic designer and illustrator from Biel. Trained at the School of Visual Arts in Biel-Bern, she joined Studio KO in 2014. At the same time, she pursues projects that allow her to forge connections between her professional work and her values. Active in the fanzine scene, art, and print design, her characters and her distinctive style are instantly recognizable.
She also participates in several collaborative projects, notably with the collective La bûche. In 2023, she co-founded the Hors-Formes collective alongside seven ceramists and illustrators. Their first exhibition took place that same year in Biel and has since become an unmissable annual end-of-year event for art lovers.
